App Support
Answers to common questions about the Punigo app for iPhone and iPad, and how to contact us.
Punigo Plus (subscription)
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Punigo Plus is an auto-renewing App Store subscription. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions › Punigo. There you can cancel or change your plan. You can also get there from the app: Settings › Current Plan › Manage Subscription.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it will not renew. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Plus went back to Free on my new device
In the app, open Settings › Current Plan and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you used to buy it.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one on Apple's Report a Problem page.
It says “Purchases are restricted”
In-app purchases are turned off on this device, for example in Screen Time settings. Please ask the person who manages the device, such as a parent or guardian. If Ask to Buy is on in Family Sharing, the purchase goes through once the parent approves it.
Your records and account
How do I move my records to a new device?
On your old device, sign in with Apple or Google in Settings › Account Linking. Your rank, stickers, stage progress, streaks, and game records are then saved to the cloud. On your new device, install the app and sign in the same way, with the same Apple or Google account.
- Apple and Google sign-ins are separate accounts. If you sign in a different way than before, your records will not come back.
- AI analysis results are not transferred, but you can analyze your games again.
- If you don't sign in, your records are stored only on that device and are deleted when you delete the app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings › Account Linking › Delete Account. Your records saved in the cloud are deleted and cannot be restored (records on the device stay). If you have an active Punigo Plus subscription, deleting your account does not stop Apple from charging you, so please cancel it first.
Can my family share one device?
Yes. Up to six people can each keep their own records on one device. In the app's Settings, tap the name card at the top to switch players or add a family member.
